2. Contact and Marketing Consent

By signing up, you consent to receive marketing emails from TRB LLC and agree to receive up to three phone call attempts related to your appraisal request. If you do not answer or provide incorrect information during the sign-up process, TRB LLC reserves the right to refuse issuing you a free appraisal.

3. Refusal of Appraisal

TRB LLC retains the right to refuse appraisal services if the information you provide during the sign-up process is deemed false or if attempts to contact you are unsuccessful.

4. Association

TRB LLC is part of the Trump Organization and is governed by Donald J. Trump. All appraisals and communications are carried out under this affiliation.

5. Limitation of Liability

TRB LLC is not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of appraisals or decisions made based on those appraisals. The service is offered as-is, and no guarantees are made regarding the outcomes.

6. Changes to Terms

TRB LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
